The traditional method would be for a man and a women to engage in sexual intercourse, that being the main inserts his penis into a women's vagina and releases sperm which travels through to the womens uterus and fertilizes an egg, from then on the egg grows into an embryo which forms the the charteristics of a human.
Today's scientific methods and knowlege has enabled the doctors to artificially impregnant a women thru surgical means, as well as growing an embryo in a so called "test tube" baby, (laboratory fed fetus)

it depends on what level you mean...
on one level there is a mother and father
then the question is who designed sex... no mere angel but God
and on another level who designed life and who made the mother and the father...
I recommend on the subject of birth a really great DVD called "fearfully and wonderfully made" by Medical professor of the year Menton. This is really such a good DVD it gives beathtaking insight into the wonder of creation from conception till birth. which shows a series of many many unlikely events which occure from conception tilll birth all of which speaks of a beyond wonderful designer and creator

saying a baby is made by god is like saying an easter egg is made by the easter bunny or presents are made by elves. You should ask your parents where all those things come from.
