Been taking 100 mg per day for many years. Do not know of or have I experienced any negative side effects. Probably will up my dosage to 200 mg/day as per my naturopath's recommendation. Excellent anti-oxidant, good for the heart, gums, every cell in your body.
If you decide to take this supplement, make sure that you purchase one that is of superior quality in order to gain the maximum benefit. CoQ10 is not easily absorbed by the body. Take with vitamin E to increase absorption.

no negative reactions...supposed to be a very powerful antioxidant but not enough long term research has been established to determine if thre are true positive or negative effects. the body is famous for stopping production of whatever you introduce by pill ....i.e. thyroid, corticosteroids, etc... so i wonder if it would just stop its coq10 production if you took it in pill form. nobody knows these answers - for any antioxidant...at least, not that i am aware of. drug companies don't produce this stuff so the funds to research it are teeny tiny.

It's an anti-oxidant that benefits the health of the heart and the gums. It's naturally produced by your body but production diminishes as you age. It's naturally found in peanuts. I've never heard of any negative side effects.

I take it. Its a great antioxidant and its awesome for the heart. Every cell in the body needs Q-10. It also decreases with age.
Negative reactions? Never heard of any.
