Yes 9/11 would have happened no matter who was president. The response would have been different. Is Algore was in charge (shudder) More of us would have lost our heads by now, we would not have gone into the Middle East, and prayer rugs would be the big seller at Wal-Mart!

I see that several people misinterpreted your question. I don't believe that 9/11 was a government conspiracy, but for the purposes of this discussion let's assume it was. The essence of your question is would the attack have been carried out no matter who the president was? I don't have an answer because I do not believe the conspiracy theory, but like you I would be interested in seeing the answer from someone who does believe it. I suspect they would say no because they are locked into the mentality that Bush and Cheney were the prime orchestrator's.

Yes.
It didnt matter who the President was. The President is just a puppet for the people who really control our country.
9-11 was needed to justify attacking Afghanistan and Iraq.
We were working quite nicely with the Taliban until they refused to let us build an oil pipeline across their country. Clinton was working with them too, so dont think I assume Democrats are blameless. Both parties are essentially the same anyway.

I do not consider myself a conspiracy theorist, but I do ask myself "What IF?".

This question has no answer. I think Bin-Laden had a better understanding of who George W Bush really was than the voters in this country. He knew an attack like this could help divide our country against itself. If that was true, Bush fell for it. I am sorry to say, the plan worked

Yes it still would have happened. the big banking families that run our banking system such as the Morgans and Rothschild's are playing both sides and are collecting interest on loans from both sides of the war. it is the secret societies to have a one world government and this is another step in that direction. teh Europena Union was another big step and the NAFTA superhighway in the United States is another step in that direction. it ahs been shown that throughout history these banking families have continually put the lives of soldiers from many countries at risk inorder to futher build their stock piles of money. they allowed the boats in Pearl Harbor to be attacked so that our country would agree to going to war, they assassinated Kennedy inorder to stay in Vietnam. these secret societies have been around for years and have penetrated the highest office in the country. there have been many presidents who were members and of course many of their advisors and heads of different departments were all intertwined in the societies as well. the idea that the people that flew the planes into the buildings were terrorists may be accurate but i would not be surprised to find out that these banking families who also happen to be society members is some way funded these terrorists and turned a half blind eye so that we would go to war inorder to help the economy.

Yes. I really doubt at that time the terrorists cared who was in power in Washington. However, since we've entered Iraq, the Iraqi insurgents do care about who's in power, because they know a change in leadership will likely result in a withdrawal from Iraq.

Remember that before the attacks, Bush was (almost) a do-nothing President. He really didn't have a lot going for him. He was neither liked nor disliked. Now, it seems almost everybody dislikes something about him, hence the recent elections and his low approval rating.

This is very similar to when people talk about sports and say if this happened then x,y,z would have happened. If only they would have converted that 3rd down in the second quarter they could have won the game. But every play after that would have been different as well. You can't change one event and expect every event after it to be exactly the same. Since I don't live in an alternate universe I can't say. Maybe we can ask Osama when they finally find him.

I do think the biggest complaint of the middle East is they just want us out of there countries and business and I do think the FAR RIGHT NEOCONS (not normal republicans) are Oil based profiteers who refuse to quit trying to control the Middle East.
I do think the 911 had everything to do with the NEOCONS, and before you mention previous attacks, the Middle east was still fighting other problems from previous NEOCONS control. This is a fact, Saddam was put into power by us, he even got the keys to a few American cities including Detroit, The Reagan Admin was rumored to have sold him the WMD,he used to be our political friend before what the middle east says he quit being a USA Puppet, Bin Laden was put into power by the USA, again, Reagan and Bush Sr, all the tunnels he hides in were helped built by us when we were using him to attack USSR, I am sorry, but these are facts, don't bash me, go ask your political science teacher or something. You know the truth is the truth.

Only thing I said rumored is the WMD from Reagan, and it was reported by several news agencies at the time,Saddam was given the keys several US Cities including Detroit, Bush Sr, is business partners with Bin Laden family, EVERYTHING else I said is 100% correct, what EXACTLY are you disagreeing with? I was raised with the balance of power theory, I do think the Democrats can screw things up real bad ALSO, just not as bad as what they have been screwed up lately. And will gladly exchange with you some facts, I am unafraid of saying Democrats can be full of crap also, I am not blindly choosing a side, I am looking at the facts, and they are facts, is this your main argument about Reagan and the WMD he sold, I can find post you links if you want.

Yes it would!!!! The terrorists have been planning this for a long time!!! Al Gore would have done nothing!!!! Sitting down at a tabble and discussing problems is no way to deal with terrorists and their threats!!!
