9 month old phone on contract from T-mobile. Miini USB power socket has broken so I cant charge it up.
I didnt get any insurance with it.
Where do I stand?
Should they fix it because it is less than a year old?

I doubt they'll fix it, but if it's under warranty (should be at less than a year old!) they are obliged to replace it free of charge.
'Phone companies tend not to fix 'phones as they cost less to replace than to repair...

It should be still covered by the warranty
