I'm Greek and it's the first time I hear the word...

However if you read this in a message written in Greenglish, Greek Chick may be right and it means "they do", but only in that case.

Yep - it means "they do".

Pronounced kanoon it is an extended from the verb pronounced kano.

Kano = I do

I guess u write it as u see it ... It's pronounced "Kanoun" then as the first girl said it means "They do"!

it means do. we say it when we want to say that someone else does something.
