Yes take it to your local store and demand a refund, you paid for a mobile phone and it is clearly faulty. Inceedently you don't even need a reciept if it is faulty. If they refuse to refund your money threaten them with small claims court, you are within your rights to your full money back, if it does go to court they will also have to pay court costs so it is within thier interests to just refund you.

The Patriots gained't could supply up their Lombardi Trophys. this entire project has develop into some thing of a media circus with human beings only attempting to hit upon a thanks to carry the agency down. the actual shown actuality that that's a widely used tactic through almost all communities contained in the NFL has been ignored. really because of the particular shown actuality that the Patriots are the crew that they are is why they are being singled out. discipline through the league has already been executed. only ask Belichick about the 5 hundred ok he had to dish out for my area. now to not indicate the first round draft %.. depart this project on my own...it is turning out to be about as monotonous because the steroid scandal in baseball. only enable them play I say!

Yes, definitely. I'd say you're entitled to, especially if it happens to still be under contract. Did you get it repaired at the place you bought it? If you didn't, you may not get reimbursed for the repair. That's WAY too much money to pay for a phone that doesn't work.

I'm sure that in the UK you have consumer protection laws to cover this sort of thing, just as we do in the US.
Also, I'm guessing that you have a consumer-affairs bureau, or something to that effect, where you are. You can probably find them in the phone book. They'd be a good group to tell your situation to.

It depends upon their refund policy. Most places have 30 to 90 days with original packaging and receipt. A lesson to be learned, if it seems to good, then it usually is. Best of luck to you.

most of the items we buy are with warranty for a certain period of time. if it has not expired yet, you can use it first before eyeing for a refund.
