Does anyone know why Eric Szmanda did a music video with Marilyn Manson?

I'm not saying anything against either of these men... I was just surprised to see Szmanda kissing Manson up & down his neck, and wondered if there was a story behind that?

hi, the music video can be seen on YouTube.com, it is from 2005... Im not sure why he did it tho, I know they are good friends... maybe that is why?
