that the Universe's Farthest Galaxy Found is13.23 Billion Light-Years From Earth i thought it was 18 Billion LY away am i wrong?
Another question, since that galaxy is so far away if it were possible to go there could there be life there know or would that galaxy be died?

There would be life there (probably). Wouldnt be suprissed

I do not know that answer to your first question.. but the second question I can help you with.

The light that the scientists see from that galaxy now had to travel billions of years (13.23 or 18 billion years which ever is correct ) to reach earth. So you are seeing that galaxy of how it looked Billions of years ago. So at this time, That galaxy may have died or collided with another galaxy. Since Stars that form galaxies do not live for that many billions of years ( just several million ) it would not be possible for that galaxy to support life. YOu are basically looking into the past! 18 billion years ago!

The big bang was approximately 13.7 billions year ago. So , 18 billion is an error

I suppose that at that time universe was very hot and life probably did not appeared at this moment

well, to be utterly accurate the universe is about 15.8 billion light years away from earth so the book as well as what you have heard is wrong.

well it would be unsure if there was life, because the satellites need to be close to see the planet formations
