Interesting question, not sure why you would want to.
Maybe you could do what my former brother in law did, he needed to be married to hide the fact he was gay, he found a lesbian woman who also needed to hide she was gay.
Though they are still together, they do their own thing and it seems to be working out great.

Do you want to pay the cash so that you can get someone to bear your children and be your female companion? I'd say research some of those eastern european bridal agencies. Get a lawyer to help you negotiate terms and to pick a nice wife. But you had better beware that she has urges and that if you can't satisfy them - she might leave you after a few years.
Or do you want to be paid? I'm sure their are organizations out there for that sort of thing, but sorry I can't help you on that. But if any woman is going to pay for a husband I would think she would want someone who is straight or at a minimum bi. You have to be able to please her.
