Final Fantasy 12 (All hail Square-Enix!!!)
and, if I'm not mistaken, God of War II is coming out for the PS2 as well...

I would highly recomend Hitman:Blood Money. The graphics are better on the 360 and ps3 but it is a great game anyway.
