When does the car pull? Does it happen when you are driving on a straight flat road? Is it only when you are accelerating? Does it pull only when the brakes are applied?
If the car pulls while driving at a constant speed on a straight flat road, then you either have a tire inflation problem, mismatched, or defective tires, an alignment problem, or possibly a sticking brake caliper.
A slight pull under heavy acceleration on a front wheel drive car may be normal. This is called "torque steer" and is caused because the front drive axles are not the exact same length (not a defect, just a fact with most FWD designs) The transmission is not located in the exact center of the car, and on axle must be longer than the other. This causes a pull under hard acceleration!
If you have a brake problem, it could also cause the car to pull when the brakes are applied.
Check the tires for obvious problems and correct inflation. If they seem ok, have the car checked by a qualified mechanic.

If the steering wheel shakes while braking, the rotors are warped. If the car pulls to the left check the right side brake pads and slide pins. Think about bleeding the right side brake caliper. If your tires are wearing normally there's no need to have all four wheels aligned. If the car does not drift to the left on a crowned road without braking you don't need an alignment. All perfectly aligned cars drift to the right while driving on a crowned road. Poor alignment has absolutely nothing to do with steering wheel shake during braking. If the steering wheel shakes without braking have all four front tie-rod ends checked. If the car has over 75,000 miles on the original struts they need to be changed. Steering wheel shake while not braking could be a broken tire belt or a less than fantastic wheel balancing job. *Go to the Hunter Wheel Balancer site. Open the GSP-9700 balancing machine. There should be a box to fill in your zip code. It will tell you in your area has this specific brand and type wheel balancer. It's by far the best machine in the world today. It will be able to detect bent wheels and bad tires before it actually balances potential trouble.

A belt separated in a tire can cause it to pull. Check tires for uneven wear or bulges. It the tires don't have bulges on them, and have uneven wear inside or outside of the tire, you need a front end alignment. If it's been in an accident, the body may be tracking. That's where the front wheels are offset from the rear wheels when going straight down the road. Hope this helps.

Your tires need re-allignment.
Tires can go out of allignment when you hit something low like a curb, or a stone etc, or you go at a high speed over a pot-hole, or if your brakes are not applying the same pressure on both sides(you could test this by leaving the steering and applying the brakes.. if it suddenly pulls to one side, then its the brakes.. do this test after you get your wheels alligned)..
It could also mean that the bearings are gone...

When you car "pulls" to the left or right, it means you car is in need of an alignment. You probably hit a curb or pothole and this put your car out of alignment.

This can be either of 2 things;
1 - You have knocked a wheel on a kerb or pothole and this has knocked your tracking out of alignment.
2 - It's a manufacturing glitch as it is in the early Mini's. They pull left irrspective of tracking because of the design of the car.

Front end needs to be aligned. Less air pressure in right front tire than in the left.
