Could I be pregnant?
My husband and I had unprotected sex on Nov. 4, 5, and 12. I ovulated on the 13th and have had cramping, backaches and feel sickish since then. My last period was either the 24th of Oct. or 29-30th (cant' recall exact date). This is my first month off the pill as well. Could I be pregnant? Thanks for your input.

The sperm can live for 24 hours. If you ovulated on the 13th, it still was possible to become pregnant. The cramping etc. could mean you are starting your period. If you are thinking about starting a family, you should mark your periods in your datebook. then you can tell when you should be ovulating, and if you do get pregnant, your doctor can tell you how far along you are and when to expect the baby. Your periods could be a bit irregular because you just got off the pill.

Quite possible, I never had sickness, cramping or backache, I just missed a period with my three pregnancies but everyone is different. Take a test when your period is late, you can get tests that can detect the pregnancy hormone even if you are a day late.

You could always be pregnant. Be careful. Get the NuvaRing or something.
