Where on the net can I find out how good a school is in the U.K?

Not really sure exactly what you are asking, but I assume you want to know what the Ofsted inspectors think of schools, as this is generally the only information you will find on schools online. Oh! you might also find league tables.
My comment would be neither of these give a clear picture of how good a school is and the best way is to visit them! I will try to explain why I say this, school's aren't about how well they perform, they are about supporting our children no matter how bright they are, making them well rounded people. Tables and reports are based on the legal stuff not the everyday stuff, that makes a child happy at school.
I think you can use the tools online to pinpoint schools and after that you need to do the groundwork to get a good school, the best ones dont neccessarily get the best results.

you can go the website and look it up you can go the reasher to look up the school that you are looking for you
