My husband and I had unprotected sex on Nov. 4, 5, and 12. I ovulated on the 13th and have had cramping and feel sickish. My last period was either the 24th of Oct. or 29-30th (cant' recall exact date). This is my first month of the pill as well. Could I be pregnant? Thanks for your input.

Yes, you're probably pregnant. The pill isn't reliable during the first month after you start taking it. Your doctor should have told you this.

From the time frame you mention there is a very good chance you are preganant 5 to 10 days after your period finishes is the highest possible point you can fall pregnant this is what Medical science tells us my concern is you feeling sick so soon perhaps a trip to the doctor is advisable .I dont think there is anything to worry about health wise but your own doctor would be the best judge I can only say from the information you have given here which is not enough for a full diagnoses.

You could be;but it can as well be the worry of conceiving when you hadn't planned to.Best is to see your gynaecologist or do a home pregnancy test to be sure.

it sounds like your ovoulation period was right for you to get pregnant, and the feeling sick, but I dont know about the cramping, that don't sound good.
