Pros: Could look good
You say would make you feel better

Cons: Could go wrong
Could leave you with psychological trauma
Will hurt
Will probably need to be redone and replaced later
High costs

That is my opinion on pros and cons. Obviously you will have much more items in the pros list, dependant on your reasons for getting the operation done.
The question is whether the heaviness of the pros outweigh the cons for you.

You may be able to have it done on the NHS if it is considered important to your health - mental of physical. If it is making you very upset, depressed, or stunting you socially they might consider it.
It will depend on your case, your doctor and your area.
The first thing to do would be to visit your doctor and ask them this question.

Next is why you are wanting to get the operation done.
If it is for purely cosmetic reasons, perhaps you should be thinking more about the long-term affects of it.
If you genuinely feel that the uplift if the right way to go after thinking about your motives and you are unhappy to an extent that everything else you have tried has failed, then maybe this is the solution.

With questions like this, there is no yes or no answer.
It will depend on how deeply you feel this is affecting your life and how much you want this done.

Either way, good luck with your decision and make sure you seek advice, both from a professional and from people you trust to get a range of opinions and to help you think about it.
However, in the end this is your decision, dont let anyone else make it for you. Not friends, family or society.

I'm sure you'll make up your mind yourself.
Good luck x

I have seen several of these done, through photographs.
Your breasts will be smaller, if you decide to have them lifted, because they remove skin to make them look higher, less saggy.
Pros, you will have perky breasts & enjoy them.
Cons, finding the right Dr. one who will not promice big results, it will be painful and you will have to take time off of work.
Other than that, I think if you really want this done you will find a way to make it work.
Best of wishes to you.

If I were you, I would have kids (if that is your plan)& then have lift. Otherwise you will have to have another one later.
