i'm Mexican-American, my grandma replaced into Mexican...i understand a lot of human beings that come from Mexico, and that's authentic, we do eat refried beans. not continually, now and again we only eat frijoles de l. a. olla, or beans of the pot, that are beans that were cooked in water with onion, garlic and in spite of different spices the practice dinner makes a call to apply till eventually gentle, and they make a scrumptious broth. different cases we take those beans of the pot and positioned them in a touch oil (or some use lard, that is extra classic, yet undesirable) and "re fry" them, in spite of the actual shown actuality that they don't look fairly refried...yet in any case, and far of Mexican households i understand make "party beans" that are refried beans kicked up a notch, with the addition of chorizo, cheese, jalapenos, Baron Verulam or in spite of else to make the refried beans even tastier! I practice dinner lots and understand lots about nutrients, yet I have not in any respect heard of Roman beans. (only looked them and they do exist! yet nonetheless have not in any respect heard earlier this of Mexicans utilizing them) And Mexicans frequently use both pinto beans or Peruvian beans.
