ragging should be banned out right. it is just a circle of misdirected revenge and hatred. there are many civilized ways to get people to work together. I suspect in later life, a traumatised victim of ragging may become psychopathic or neurotic.

just BAN it immediately... its not at all necessary....in no way it will do any good for anyone.....we have so many examples of the negative effects of ragging....BAN RAGGING
