astral travel a form of out of body travel.. it's
the mind and the etherel form of the body travels while the matter flesh stays put. some
of control of this at will. Others it just comes unexpectedly. I had this ability real good but lost it after being put under a CATT scan! I don't know how to get it back! I notice my dreams seem to be like Astral travel maybe they are! What do you think of Astral travel and are you interested in it?

I had a moment i will never forget.
I had just broken my back.L3 L4 L5
all i wanted to do was visit the garden i could see from my bed in the ward.
I remember walking to the sliding door.. but i noticed a nurse was on her way to see me..
The doors and walls were like invisible. i knew what someone all the way down a hall way was thinking.. i knew i couldn't make it out of the door in time.. even a foot out of the door.. and back.
She was walking too fast.. I ran back to the hallway passed her and dove into my body waking up in a huge jolt to the body.
So much pain went though me.. instantly i felt.. Never ever do that again.. Don't you dare do that again..
I kept telling myself over and over.. because of the pain flooding my system.
I haven walked since.
but i also haven't told myself its OK to do so.. which i think might be the key. is in a small mediation.. to sit and tell yourself its OK to travel

I am booked! Since my mother was dying, she did astral travel, while asleep and while awake, she never manifested physically, but I believe that was her choice. She was a very spiritual. I have not yet achieved astral travel but will!

I've been able to remote view.. but I cant remember astral travelling, but when i was a child i would dream of flying and i used to think i travelled out of body then.
I think if we really want it we can get it.
If it was there it shoudl still be within you.. i think its within everyone to do it if they believe they can, thats the start.
I've been told to make sure you ground yourself first.
