OK, what would your advice be to someone who says that he can't be gay because: 'i am in a band', 'i am married', etc etc. Said person doesn't find women attractive in any way, but finds men to be attractive in so many ways. What would your advice be? Try be serious, and give details please. I am just curious as to the answers said person would get.

First, I just got to ask, why do gay people always feel that the rest of the world needs to know that they are gay. Why do I need to know!

Second, just be yourself and deal with the consequences. It will be better to be around people that don't care than to be around people who have a problem with your gayness. No point in living a life in hiding. Again, though, it's not something that needs to be advertised.

It takes courage to be truthful to yourself, but a lot more energy to find excuses. Coming out can be very scary but is usually well worth it. Be honest with yourself! Gay men get married because they can't admit to themselves that they are gay. Gay men are in bands...so that is irrelevant. Find a local establishment that you can "let your hair down" so to speak and test the waters. You only live once, so don't waste time, it is too precious.

Well,It sounds like he may ne confused or he is just not ready to confront the feelings he has. Despite the way things are nowadays with more and more people "coming out" ,he may not be ready.I would just suggest to you that as long as it doesnt affect your friendship in a negative way that you just be his friend.Obviously he is comfortable enough to talk with you about it.

You're now not born homosexual, in order that meana you'll select whether or not or now not you could love to be homosexual. There's is not a sure reply. If that is what you desire then opt for it, if now not, then do not fear approximately it.

Most likely you are gay--acknowlege it, be happy with yourself and seek support from counseling and your family.
