it go to 85 on speedometer and wont go no faster. how do u remove the governor and will it have any affects on the motor

You don't have a governor. Some models have a certain speed incorporated into the PROM in the computer. It's there to prevent you from damaging the engine from to high RPMs.

There is no governor on a 92 T-Bird.Your speedometer is sticking.
