i really want to improve my hand writing?any suggestions?

First, write using small letters and capitals together...after a while, use only small letters!

It takes alot of repetition, and practice, practice, practice! Buy one of those theme books they use for grade schoolers that has the cursive letters in it and the pages with the solid and divided lines. Practice the way the book shows and along with the mental habit of writing correctly and neatly, your hand and wrist will build up the habit of doing it, but it does take time and memorization. I remember my 2nd grade teacher pushed us and to this day, I can write very neat, when I feel like it. Good luck!
