Ants do have not have bones, their skeleton (exoskeleton) is on the outside and made out of chitin, a very tough substance. Parts of the exoskeleton has extensions to the inside so muscles can attach to it, in the ant's head this it referred to as tentorium. That part functions a bit like some bones.
The ants you see crawling around do not shed their exoskeleton ever. Ants are holometabolous insects, which means their adult form is clearly different from their larval form (just like caterpillers and butterflies) and once they are adult they do not change any more.
There are other insects like cockroaches or silverfish. Their larval form look pretty much like the adult (only they don't have wings and they are not sexually mature) and they have a number of molts to keep up with their growth. The adult does not molt any more either.

No, like many small organisms, ants are invertabrate, which means their body structure is formed by the skin, rather than bones inside.

Ants do not an internal skeleton the have an exoskeleton or a hard outer skin which keeps their internal organs in place. As they grow they shed this skin to increase in size. This is the same for most invertibrates excepting slugs and snails.

Alex is correct. Insects and arachnids have a hard outer covering, to which muscles inside attach to. It is made of a bonelike material called Chitin.
