It's certainly okay for your wife to be bisexual.

As for encouraging her to persue it, well, that has nothing to do with her sexual orientation. What she is asking you is not "Honey, I'm bisexual, can I have a girlfriend?", but "I would like another partner in addition to you" or "I want to have extramarital relations". The gender of the participant doesn't matter.

If you're okay with that, then sure, encourage her, if she's ready (don't force her). If you're not, and want monogamy, then don't encourage her, and leave the relationship if that's what she wants and your desires don't match.

Bisexuality isn't really an issue in this, it just seems like it is.

That depends on whether you can accept it or not. If it does not bother you, then accept it, and encourage her to explore it. Have some fun. If she is seriously interested ,then she will explore it with or without you. Better to know what is going on, then to have her sneaking around on you .
Having an open and honest relationship is always the best way.

Only if you're ok with it. Being open with each other is key to making your relationship work if there's going to be people on the side joining in.

My husband thought it was great fun until I decided I preferred the woman and he was left out. Many men think this is great but many of them wind up out in the cold when their wives figure out that the woman is more fun and the man is totally unnecesary.

If you are comfrotable with your wife liking women and she is comfrotable with you joining in, why not. You get to have what men around the world want.

Only you and your wwife can decide what is OK with your own relationship- and if you really love her and she is your soulmate you would be able to talk about anything- ask her what she thinks!
