A fast flash is telling you that one or more of the bulbs on that side is bad. The easy way to test the bulbs is to turn on the four way flashers, and compare the lights on each side. You do not say what type of vehicle it is, but many vehicles use more than one bulb in the turn signals. Most likely one of the bulbs is burnt out!

It sounds electrical to me. Maybe when fixing your headlights, a wire was damaged or just normal wear and tear and the wire for your right blinker is shorting out. You also should check your trunk to see if something has damaged a wire that controls your blinker.

visually check all the signals on the outside, as fast blinking usually means one of the bulbs is burned out, remember there may be more than one bulb inside of each lense, compare the light pattern on each side of the car. the other most likely culprit is a bad flasher.

That often means the bulb needs replacing. If that does mot work you may have an electrical short.

it may be the computer chip that controls the speed of blinking. usually you can just take it to the shop where you had work done and they should be able to reset it very easily.

could be the flasher is going out. Go to auto parts store, very helpful, they'll tell you if it is flasher (looks like little cylinder possibly on/around steering wheel,(under)
