The differences are in the frequency range, the maximum SPL, the transmitter noise, and the THD of the system. They all use the same frequencies and modulation method (FM) and have the same range of 100m.
From these three the best buy is RS140, followed by RS120.

As of wireless headphones - they are no good. For the same money you can get a Hi-End wired headphones, that sound way better (no noise, deeper bass, clearer middles and treble). Look for Sennheiser's wired headphones, some of them have top performance.
