Europe is the continent with the most moderate climate: due to the Gulfstream there are no big fluctuations between summer and winter.
Compare for instance the climate of London and Paris with that at cities at the same latitude in America and China. London and Paris hardly ever have snow and this has been true for at least three quarters of the last 20 centuries.

Location is second. Europe is isolated from the rest of the Eurasian continent. When human beings came out of Africa, where they originated, access to Europe was difficult: the Bosporus is open, most of the time, the Caucasus blocks the other road of entry. So few human beings arrived and they could develop easily because population pressure was low and stayed low.

Trade is third. There is easy access to the sea everywhere. Starting with the Vikings Europeans start to discover the world. Neither the Chinese nor the Amerindians did this. The Arabs did, but they only came as far as the East Coast of Africa.

Europe's status as a continent is geopolitically backed rather than purely geographically backed.
However its position as the 'most advanced continent in the world' is due to its placement at many historically core events and the laying down of infrastrucure that has followed these events.

How does one define "advanced?" You have to be very careful with this. The question reminds me of a field of geography that was popular in the late 1800's, but fell out of favor by the early 1900's due to its possible racist implications. It was called "environmental determinism," and basically theorized that Europeans were "superior" to other cultures (i.e. Africans) because of environmental hardships. For example, colder weather and harsh conditions made Europeans stronger and hardier and more industrious than their "lazy" counterparts in Africa, where environmental conditions didn't "challenge" them as much. Most geographers today think environmental determinism was a disaster as a theory, and have largely discredited it.

“The location and the natural conditions” are also favorable in other parts of the globe. Thus
it is not true about Europe. Europe seems to have been an advanced region of the globe for the last 500 years maybe. Europe of nowadays seems to decline. If you look deep into the whole humanity history you’ll see many examples of blossoming and dying civilizations. Human societies have the same laws of development as other species on the Earth – booms and recessions. We (the white ppl) feel a bit selfish about ourselves. But the facts are proving our crisis and decline. The main task of nowadays is to keep control on the whole world situation, a great chaos would be otherwise.

Because it holds the largest proportion of developed countries and economies.

The united kingdom, france, germany, belgium, holland, spain, italy are all world leaders in different fields such as automobile manufacture, engineering, finance etc. e.g. below

The UK and germany are industry leaders in finance and insurance, the europeans have the most advanced car manufacturing in the world, ship building, proffessional management consultancies etc etc

Plus most of the words civilisation turnoing points were due to scientific and technological inventions in europe (especially england with physics) Sir Issac newton, rutherford, fleming etc plus the likes of Einstein in germany, renaissance genie like da vinci, michaelangelo and composers such as beethovan, bach etc

Europe has offered more to civilization through producing numerous geniuses than any other continent. They also conolized north america, australia, south america etc and instigated changing points such as the industrial revolution and the british empire.

So... All caucasion americans are actually european decendents
