I am going to my lawyer today and getting annulment filed. I do have one question. when a husband or wife left you over within a month and gave no good reason why he or she left, and gave no address to me so court or someone mail it to him for it. Am I still have that right to have it signutare without him sign his on annulment? Thanks

He has to be served with the papers but; each state has their own rules, check out findlaw.com or you state assembly for the particulars on the matter. I am certain they have a procedure for this kind of thing. Based on what you are saying it sounds like abandonment provided you haven't spoken to him since he left. I'm no lawyer but; don't sweat it, the one you hired will know what to do.

Never mind the English my friend I understand you. Your court filer can give you that answer but, it should be posted like an divorce, for the public to see as in the newspaper for up to thirty days. Ask the court about this. It should be in the local paper where you think she's living so she will have a chance to see it. This is after you've made all necessary searches for her and can't find her.
