Northern Virginia just outside Wash. DC. the worst is when the Vietnamese gangs come down from NY. otherwise there is some Spanish but not that bad I fear the govt much more than any gangs... remember bay of pigs that was the CIA's first attempt at
terrorism And it failed and ended thanks to JFK now half the people claim Bush is the instigator isn't that the largest scale
gang of terrorist yet?

I curtenly live in Alexandria, Egypt. My area is a pretty nice area. There is alot of trash on the ground in some areas but the people are pretty nice.
I will be going back to the states soon and will be in Mineapolis, MN. The area I like is pretty much gang free. If I can help it I stay away from areas with high crime rates, with gangs and drugs, ect....

Australia... live along the Murray River, would have to travel 4 hours to see gangs like the ones your thinking about.

I hail from the great state of Alabama.
Yes there are gangs here in the state, this area I am in is a neutral ground.But there is a lot of activity around here.

I grew up in a bad neighborhood. Someone was stabbed right in front of my high school in a gang fight. I knew someone that got stabbed (luckily he survived!) less than a block from my house. I live closer to the university now, so there isn't as much violence, but it still happens.

manila philippines, not necessarily gang, just a group of youngsters hanging' around who are sometimes noisy strumming their guitars
