First remove the driver the normal way when it won't work.Install this program found at http://www.drivercleaner.net/images/platprocomparebig.jpg and install the driver (from your soundcard) again. Don't ever remove a folder.But use (rightmouse button) my computer /properties/divice manager. Beware sometimes the driver you have from the soundcard isn't he right one, check for a update.
