The water line was broken last week then repaired...since then the water pressure has been much lower than before. So low the bathroom shower will not operate. The well is shared with another home but the problem is at my house only.

Anytime old waterlines are repaired, small particles of minerals are knocked off the inside lining of the pipes. Faucets and shower heads have aerators and flow restrictors that trap those particles and clog the flow. Remove the aerators and shower head, rinse out the particles, run the water from each faucet for a few minutes to flush out any that may be in the pipes yet.
The reason your neighbor doesn't have any problems is because you turned your faucets on first and all the particles came your way. Hope this helps.

Your going to have to back up here. Why are you sharing a well? and then the next question what kind of problem did you have? who fixed it? and how?

O.K. call the people that fixed the well initially, tell them the problem and get them back. They did something wrong here, they'll have to follow there steps in the procedure they used to see what happen. Good luck.
P.S. I just thought of this, is there a shut off valve to the other party your sharing the well with? maybe they have the valve partly shut off when they fixed the well, and didn't turn it back on all the way? when it was fixed.

I'd dig upi the repair and see how it was done. They could have used a smaller sized pipe or gotten a glob of glue inside the repair, causing a restriction.
