just becasue your depressed does nto mean that every on e is not out to get you.

try going for a walk - the exercise is good for you, as is stimulating the bottoms of your feet.

make sure that you wanlk with your head up shoulders back and a smile on your facce (even if is jsut while you are walking)

Here's what I tell depressed people. I will pretty much copy and paste this. Perhaps something in there will help. Lately I am starting to think that the omega 3-6-9 fatty acids are having a substantial (good) effect on my mood.

anyone who is depressive should take a good multivitamin most days with a meal. while you are at it take a calcium-magnesium-zinc pill. I won't go in to detail here about why. just do it, it's not that expensive. (although, don't eat TUMS or take any other massive source of calcium if you already take it) also, get lots of beneficial fatty acids - the omega 3-6-9 stuff. you could take flaxseed oil and fish oil pills or eat lots and lots of olive oil. do shots of it. mmmmm.

then try getting lots of sunlight. get some vigorous cardiovascular exercise as often as you can. practise good posture and learn a little about basic yoga postures and t'ai chi warmups.

eat a varied very high protein, high fiber diet low in saturated fats and refined carbs. shun additives and preservatives. you want whole foods, not overcooked. eat green or colourful vegetables. eat tree nuts, eat fish, eat more fish, the more nutritious fruits (berries), herbs, and some WHOLE grains. don't eat sweets or drink sweet/sour drinks. instead eat fruit. diet really really really matters. it has a slow cumulative effect.

stay hydrated. this can be a matter of simply avoiding certain foods that dehydrate you. try to get plenty of regular, restful sleep.

that's all that comes to mind. you might wanna check if you notice any effect from ginseng pills. watch the caffeine, especially late in the day. good luck.

Especially this time of the year, people who are prone to depression can get down. If you're at school, talk to a counselor there. Talk to your friends/family.

Talk to someone--ideally a professional--about how you're feeling.

Also, be sure to do good self-care: eat breakfast/lunch/dinner daily; get at least 7 hours of sleep; and get some exercise. Knowing that you're nurturing yourself in these ways and having your body in good shape will help you feel better.

when we feel down we draw to ourselves further negative spirits
it may seem strange but they feed of our pains ,like vampires of the fables ,they arnt real physiclly but spiritually they feed off and make worse our pains
you must get over the feeling that' every one ' is getting to you,its just not true
im not and no doudt many others arnt ,as the replies will confirm
thus you must see that not ;everyone ' is ,its only the negatives we really attract that make us ,help us to think that this is so
know it isnt so
what you need is to swich off the negativity ,conciously think of happy stuff ,read all the jokes pages ,see a really funny movie ,get out of your self ,be happy and the negatives melt away
,if you stay in the down mood you feel you are in it gets you lower until the prophecy self fullfills ,you get drunk and worse negativlity finds a leak in your phyci to drink from ,its got to stop
medication dosnt help the problem is with in ,get out of your self induced pain
if the pain is being caused by an unhappy event dont dwell in that unhappimess ,get over it ,keep busy on mundane tasks, just to stop the cfeeling, paint some thing ,help others ,tell yourself i feel great
fake it till you maske it
if you feel a voice think ing negative stuff tell the voice i love you or sing a happy tune
its christmass ,the time for peace on earth ,but also the time for good spirit ,dont listen to the news ,go and talk to santa ,read a good book ,avoid think ing negative ,the negative sopirits cant drain you and make you feel worse
it is only you can make you happy ,or sad ,dont dwell in it be with happy people ,avoid intoxicants they lower your guard they have a karmic payback that is worse than the negative stuff we all get
heres a little song i wrote
you might want to sing it note by note
dont worry be happy
do do do do do do to do dont worry be happy
sing a happy song not a sad song
dont bring your self down
lift your self up
when your smiling the whole world smiles with you
when your sad it brings out the rain
just try to be happy
dont reason about it just do it
for you
no one else.

See your doctor. there are a couple of possibilities - You may be bipolar, an easy blood test will tell you if you are low in lithium. or You may have some life situation which is out of your control in which case one of the new drugs like Prozac can be very helpful.
don't go on suffering when there are possibilities for help.

Snap out of it!

You take the reins of your life into your hands.

All the troubles of the world you shouldn't have to shoulder.

Rather, throw it back!

Mind over matter.

You count, you are important.

Don't let anything get you down.

Don't be a victim of the inequities.

Fight back! Speak out!

Don't be an introvert. Be and extrovert!

All the best!

God loves you. God has carved your name on his palm. Just sit back and think of all the joys that you experienced before. In the greater scheme of things, an ounce of joy is more than an ounce of sorrows. Just be positive and trusting God will take the lead. Remember the "footprints".. :)
