"The fact that 'homophobia' etymologically implies an irrational fear can be in principle misleading, since it is commonly used to indicate any opposition to homosexuality on any basis. Moreover, 'clinical homophobia' is not listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. ... Opponents object to the term, complaining that the connotation of mental illness is implicit."

"Sexualism refers to hatred against homosexuals (gay men/lesbians) and bisexuals."

Perhaps, I should have used the term "sexualists" instead of homophobes? It sounds like a better term.

Homophobe (Homo-fobe) Noun -- small minded person who through irrational thought fears homosexuals and will act out when approached and handily dealt with a verbal take down.

Being a lesbian I would have to say that I would not chose an insect. We are asking for rights that we always should have had. Just because they break the law and deny them to us (the Constitution of the pursuit of happiness) does not mean they are bugs. Here is the thing. We should rise about what they do and show them how true human act. By referring to them in such a way we in-fact just lower ourselves to their level.
Also Many who are homophobes are in-fact scared of their own feelings about being attracted to the same gender. It is sad to see them so unhappy and unfulfilled in their lives.

Because sadly, Yahoo gave birth to a monster, and left it to its own death. No people to review the answers and make sure nasty stuff isn't said. Sad! So anonymous idiots will of course take advantage. Also, no age check... Should ring a bell :P

Larva of indeterminate sex AND species. They really don't know what or who they are, and they'll never develop or grow.
