It's pretty normal for young men to masturbate and once a day doesn't seem like too often so don't worry about it. Relax and enjoy.

ok, try getting a good hobby something you enjoy, i will use photography as an example (because i like it), go out and take pictures of things you enjoy and things you like. I love to take pictures of the beach, so thats what i do, i go to the beach... get my point? find a hobby and stick to it (who knows you may even make some money out of it aswell.. i know i did)

personally I see nothing wrong with masterbating. It is a normal t hing to do. But if your really serious about finding help maybe check in with a sex therapist or somet hing like that.
