I really wanted to help you on this one, but couldn't find anything online. Many of the search results show people asking the same question you asked. I searched kalahari.net http://www.kalahari.net/home/front.asp?toolbar=none , but couldn't find anything. I don't live in South Africa, but did message my dad about this. He said that you can probably order it from Musica or buy it there. Many people do have a copy of it from what I read on the internet, so you'll have to contact either Musica or kalahari.net personally or by e-mail and ask them.
You may have better luck asking the South Africans on here. They all hang out in the South African category under "Travel". They are all great guys, both in SA and abroad, that may be able to help you.
