Theoretically, yes, you can get pregnant during your period, although the chances are relatively low. Attached below is the advice from the National Health Service, with link underneath.....

If you don't use contraception when you have sex, you can get pregnant at any time during your menstrual cycle, even while you have your period. You can also get pregnant if you've never had a period before, or if it's your first period or the first time you have sex. There is no safe time of the month when you can have sex without using contraception and not get pregnant. However, there are times of the month when you're more fertile (likely to get pregnant) than others. Ovulation (when the egg is released from the ovary) occurs around the middle of your cycle - about 12 to 16 days before your next period - and is when you're most likely to get pregnant. You're therefore much less likely to get pregnant if you have sex just after your period, but it's important to remember that sperm can survive in the body for a few days. If your period lasts seven days, then by the time it's finished you could be just five days away from ovulating again. If you ovulate early, then there will be even less time between the end of your last period and when you're fertile again.Natural family planning is when a couple uses the woman's menstrual cycle as a form of contraception - that is, by not having sex during fertile times. However, this is not a reliable method as sperm can survive for a few days inside the body, and it offers you no protection against sexually transmitted infections.

YES and YES.

The menstrual cycle is probably the most commonly misunderstood part of human Physiology.

IF the 'standard' 28-day cycle was 'normal', then the answer would be 'no'.

However, MOST women THINK they are NOT NORMAL, because it is usual to have a short or variable cycle.

The 'rhythm' method is unreliable because most of the significant events during a normal menstrual cycle are 'backwards predictive' (ie. you can't tell until the NEXT period)

It is usual to ovulate (about) 14 days BEFORE the first day of the next period. It is ONLY possible to get pregnant during the (about) 24 hours after ovulation. It is possible for sperm to survive for up to a week after intercourse. Sperm is not 'washed out' by the menstrual flow.

So, If the girl is currently having a three-week cycle, intercourse during menstruation will have a high chance of impregnating her. For a longer cycle, the 'danger period' moves towards the end of menstruation, and if her cycle is unusually long (ie. 28 days or longer), then menstruation becomes safe.

A 28 day cycle can be artificially created by use of a cyclic (normally oestrogen) contraceptive pill, but this theoretically removes any 'danger period' (although there is a small 'failure rate for all pills).

Yes you can. If you have a very short cycle and your period lasts about 7 days then you could definitely get pregnant as you could be ovulating on day 7 of your cycle. An remember that sperm can live for a few days inside also. So even if you are not ovulating at the time. In a couple of days you might be.

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/L9rPE

Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.

Gettin pregnant is not contingent on your period it is when you ovulate that determines when you will be pregnant. typically that is fourteen days after your mensus start however, some don't run like clock work or have irregular mensus.

technically you can get pregnant any time in your cycle but its highly unlikely you will get pregnant while having your period. usually women ovulate around the midlle of their cycle.
