Laskoviy Mai and Bad Boys Blue were really popular in the late 80-s and in the very beginning of 90-s. Laskoviy Mai was VERY popular among the teenagers (mostly girls).

A friend of mine was very enthusiastic about the Bad Boys Blue some 15 to 20 years ago. "Those were the days of our lives!" he might say nowadays. Tender May? Who are they I don't know.

I remember Laskovij May. It was late 80s or early 90s, I think. I remember girls going crazy over them. At that time Shatunov (the lead singer) was one of the most popular singers. But right now, I doubt a lot of teenagers know about them.

Never hear of them. Some English language bands that teenagers like are Green Day, Rasmus, Eminem, J-Lo etc and popular Russian bands (among teenagers anyway) are Via Gra, Glukoza, Zveri, Korni and Zemfira.

oh, you mean Laskovyi mai... bad boys blue is popular, laskovyi (or as you say tender) was very popular in the 90s, now we know that there was such group and we know what songs they sang but everyone's tired of them, tender may is not considered cool, just average pop music
