hi - Ive been in the bar/restaurant business for almost 15 yrs.(most of them upscale) and the only way I've ever seen champagne severed by the glass is the real low end stuff in mimosas ( champagne and OJ) Most restaurant/bar sell what are called splits (a very small individual bottle that contains 1-2 glasses) If you can find split of Cristal it could range anywhere from $15 -$30 depending on where you live and how upscale the business is. Most of the time expensive champagne is sold by bottle only ,and once again where you are the price could range from a min of $100-$250. To tell you the truth name brand champagnes/wine are bought mainly as a status symbol, if someone gave you a taste test between expensive and some of the lower end products -you may even like some of the lower products better. Expensive champagne is going to be very dry - most people who don't drink wine on a regular basis won't like the way it tastes. Good luck

Well, that would depend on the restaurant and the snob effect.

Cristal is costly in the wine shop but restaurants and rappers have made it the height of fashion right now. There are much better French champagnes but someone turned them on to Cristal and they think it's the best.

You would probably half to buy a half bottle, not many restaurants would serve this champagne by the glass--I would say a half bottle would be about $75-$100

I seriously doubt you can get it per glass, as only very busy and high end places offer it.
A Bottle of Roederer Crystal will set you back around $8o-100
