Well I don't know what people say if it drips it is possible but with my medical background I can assure you it isn't possible. The real concern is having unprotected anal sex. The mixture of semen along with fecal matter is the direct result of the HIV virus. So if anal is your thing a baby would be the least of my worries. Just remember anal sex should be accompanied by a condom.

If there are sperm anywhere near the vaginal opening, there's always a possibility of getting pregnant. It's always important to use condoms, whether it's vaginal or anal intercourse--not only to protect against unwanted pregnancy, but also STDs.

I would definitely say no...obviously sperm can't get to the utuerus from the rectum, which would be where it would end up...and I would highly doubt any 'drippage' would get you pregnant...besides that, that is terribly germy to let any ejaculate from the anus drip into the vagina and could cause serious infection (which is why we're taught to wipe front to back)...
so basically no.

Well hopefully if you are doing someone in the *** you are wearing a condom! And to your question I doubt it.

No sperm can not reach your eggs from the back only the front.
