No I'm not breast feeding or doing anything unusual with my nipples? If this happens to you do you know why and how to get rid of it?

Mine peel sometimes and i was at the dermatologist for a rash which turned out to be ezxima (however thats spelled) and the cream that they perscribed for the rash on my legs I use sparingly on my nipples and it cleared right up. if they get dry i use a little again.

It most likely a reaction that will pass but try a sterioid cream, like cortizone or get something more intense prescribed by your doctor.

and don't worry about it if its just the skin, the only time to worry is obviously if you feel a lump or if there is discharge.

good luck

It could be for several reasons. Worst I can think of would be local herpes. It often happens on the breast area. I would recommand going to see a doctor so he/she can verify, because if it is the case, there is no treatment per say. Only creams or pills to feel better and/or prevent rashes. Simpler reasons could be, as simple as dry skin... Caused by what? Did you buy a new bra? Is your skin in contact with a type of fabric you've never worn before? Or maybe do you not wear a bra at all and your "nipples" go against your shirt and it causes itch? Try moisturizers, and if it won't go, I would do like I said 1st, go see doc to make sure it's not herpes. And anyways if it is not, he might also be able to find a potential way to help! Good luck.

Yes and no I have no clue! It even happens when there is no lover in my life and it makes me crazy! I just write it off to dry skin and moisturize the area like I do the rest of my bod, that helps a lot.

You could try something called 'Bag Balm'...Most drugstores carry it. It is basically vaseline/petroleum, with a little sulphur added to it...

It was originally designed for cows that get milked every day, but it works wonders for humans too, both men and women...

You might change your laundry soap, maybe you're having an allergy to it.
