since iran is arming it self for protection only, why are other countires like isreal allowed to hve nuclear weapons and other w.m.d's sine it is them that are the only country in the world that is stealing terrotory from another country.

Any country can have nuclear weapons as long as they can prove they arent run by a bunch of lunatics that want to take over the world or might get an itchy trigger finger and start blowing countries up with them along with being able to prove they dont approve of terrorists. Iran sadly does approve of terrorists and the gov. is run by a lunatic just like north korea is run by a lunatic. In all reality no country should have nuclear weapons since with all the technology there is today and the way people move around this planet no country should have to be worried about wars and protecting the country. I can picture countries being at war way back when , when people still didnt move around this planet that much and there wasnt all this comunication we have today and countries were just forming but we have all formed now and we comunicate there is no need for wars to happen especially how easy it is for people to comunicate . Its never the people who start the wars its always the ones running the countries which happen to always be men. ALl little boys like to play war games and dream about getting some really big toys to play with and when given that chance at having power and big toys some I guess just cant handle it and go nuts. I bet there would be far less chance of wars to happen if we went back to doing things like in the kings and queen times when the king the ruler of the country would be the one leading his men into battle. I would imagine alot of wars would be thought about and never happen if these lunatics that run the countries had to be the one in the front of the line going into battle. I bet they would quickly learn how to sit down and come to an understanding without fighting. You also have to remember that war is a big money maker because of all the machinary and weapons and everything else that is used in war that is needed and gets manufactured. Countries like to have that feeling that they have that one big nuclear stand by but it would be stupid to use since it would cut everything short and no one would win . If a country shoots off some nuclear missles they probably wont even know if they hit or not because there would be return missles on the way and everyone would be toast so what would be the point. Shooting off a nuclear missle is like signing your own death certificate. I rather doubt that everyone has an underground 3 foot thick cement walled cellars with a plentiful supply of food and water in them to be able to survive so there would be no one left thats why it is so stupid. Countries should be trying to get along instead of trying to come up with more weapons.

NAZI invaders? And I thought they were defeated on VE Day in 1945.....guess the US better get ready to invade Normandy (oops...that's a secret). Good thing we have nuclear weapons now.
And as for stealing territory (I didn't see the word "terrotory" in any of my dictionaries) I seem to recall IRAQ under Saddam attempting to "steal" not land from another country...but an ENTIRE country; Kuwait.

The US' problem with Iran developing nuclear weapons is not related to their use as defensive tools. Heavens, if thats all they were likely to be used for, we'd probably make a much smaller, more private diplomatic stink about it and then get over it. Unfortunately that isn't the case. Iran has a proven history of exporting weapons technology to non-state entities (i.e. terrorist groups) as well as its continued state support for certain terror organizations. Iran would likely feel compelled to share its new-found nuclear know-how with a variety of groups and other states, creating a proliferation nightmare.

First off... Israel is not stealing territory from anyone. Israel existed as a nation of people where they are before Christ walked on this earth.
The only peace Iran wants is a world where all Jews are exterminated and the US is rendered powerless. That is not acceptable.
