Congratulations on your pregnancy.

This is very normal as every pregnancy is different, I found that I didn't produce much pre-milk with my first baby but once my milk came in it was crazy. I only fed my son for 10 hours due to my health issue after birth. With my second I felt the same like I had more then the first but nothing to over the top. I fed my daughter for 5 months. This pregnancy by week 16 I was lactating like there was no tomorrow, now I'm 25 weeks and drip to the state I need breast pads not as many as when breast feeding but still leaking.

Hope this has helped. Good luck and best wishes.

im at 33 weeks as well and i have the same problem. This is my first child though. My ob said its different with everyone and just something we gotta deal with. Try using nursing pads to stop any leaking through your clothes. Good luck!
