In XP, go to Control Panel, Remove Programs and select it.

Have a look in Start>>Control Panel>>Add/Remove
or Start>>All Programs and if it's listed in your menu, right click and see if there's an uninstaller listed.

uhm 2 ways....well more but 2 tired 2 list them
Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove>Go to R and find the name and click uninstall.....eziest way
