Diamante tattoos. They look absolutely divine and although they aren't 'actual' jewelery they can pass of as it. Think Shakira's back in her 'Hips Don't Lie' video. I'd go towards the classier ones with intricate designs rather than the tackier ones. They look really nice as a stand out item with a plain red or black backless dress.

batteries (for watches that is), watch protectors (things you put on the edge of the face of your watch so it deson't get scratched) and that's all i can think of
