I am having a boy and a girl twin I already have the girls name... It's Sumayyiah... Our last last starts with R if that helps...

Well it depends on what kind of name you are looking for. Do you want to keep with a certin religion or nationality also do you want it to start with the same letter as your daughters?
I did a quick search for your daughters name and here are some that i think would go good with it. I will put the nationality and meaning next to each one for you :)

ABDULLAH is servent of Allah in Arabic
ABU is nobility in Africian
ADAIR is noble spear in English
ADLI is honest in Arabic
ZACI is a form of Zachery in American
ZAHAR is shine, sparkle, bloom in Arabic
I love the way this one sounds ZAIDE is Increasing, surplus in Arabic
