It's not true, I knew a girl that was a capricorn (what a b*tch), anyways instead of lying, she was always very blunt and direct, especially when she said I was weird, perverted, and not to touch her (read what I read in the previous parentheses). So to answer your question, they can be, but my experience has shown that they prefer not to lie and just use logic.
