I had that happen to me and I couldnt take it so I quit. The team captain in my company was somebody that had no clue what was going on an expected everybody else to do the work for them, so like I mention before I quit and I dont regret it. All of people good people quit after me.

I've been on both side of this fence. Not as the person hired, but as the subordinate with the new boss.

In one situation, I was in a small group that worked well together when a new "leader" was inserted into us. It was difficult for us and some felt slighted.

In another situation, the leader we had was so incompetent that we were THRILLED to get someone from the outside.
