I have only seen F&F #1. The only "car" in that movie was the Charger that he wiped toward the end.
Are you asking about a "bumble bee" muffler for you car?
Just buy a cheap one off eBay and have it installed. If you want it really obnoxious, take the Catalytic converter off too. It will sound really "cool" and it will go so much faster.
Better yet, find a local stereo shop and see if they sell those mufflers. That seems to be the trend where I live. You can get a boomin' stereo, clear light lenses, a turbo or supercharger, nitrous, and mufflers all at your local custom car audio shop.
Hmmm I bet they can put a V10 out of a Viper in my mom's Toyota Corolla too.

Ok..............Just go to a mechanic shop and ask them to remove your silencer... Low cost and sporty! People will think you customised your car like anything!
