I had the same exact problem! Only in my case, I was working till 2:30 in the morning and I was a full time student at my high school. Which meant I had to get up at 6. I got 3 hours of sleep everyday for 3 months! After awhile I stopped hearing my alarm clock too, As if it didnt exist. Its because your body is exhausted. Trust me. I finally quit and got a job with diffrent hours. What I am trying to say is, Try and dedicate at least 6 hours of sleep EVERYNIGHT, However you have to do that. Eat a full meal before going to bed so your body can absorb that energy and make you more energetic the following day. And get into that rhythem and your body should adjust. Good luck!

You should sleep longer. I bet you hear the alarm clock everyday ( if its loud enough ) and you just ignore it and go back to sleep because your so tired you cant wake up. Get a better alarm clock and get more sleep because if you don't you might end up sick or smthing. Hope this helps

Get the tyres performed first however don't force the vehicle to the tyre situation. Even if it had an MOT you'll nonetheless get an endorsement and pleasant for every tyre. If you have got four dangerous tyres you would get 12 elements and lose your licence there after which. Get a cellphone tyre more fit to do them or eliminate the wheels your self and take them to be performed that approach

time mgt - try doin ur homework right after dinner then stop by 10PM..if ur not yet finished, continue answering at 5am..
body clock - we have this so-called body clock,, if u need an alarm clock to wake u up early in the morn, then there's really somethin wrong with ur bod..u can undo the damage by restoring ur original body clock..adjust ur sched..eat&sleep at the right time & observe proper amount of sleep (i think it's 6/7hours for adults)..

You need two alarm clocks, the Loud type. One electric, one wind up. Put one of them away from your bed so you can't reach it without getting out of bed.
Resolve that you are going to say NO to the pillow!

put onions under ur arms while going to bed and wake up next morning with ur body temperature 100F. then u can have the day off!!!!!!
this doesn't have any side effects!!!
