I need to move from where I live now but I have no one to go to and if I leave here my car has to stay I have no one to call. I am not working right now so I also have no money! I am taking college classes, does that help w/ anything. My credit bad cause I owe bout $50,000 in medical bills. I know I sound like a dumbass but Im not!

I am assuming family is not an option. If you do have family somewhere, even grandparents or aunts and uncles, try them first.
Don't try to borrow more. Look for grants, or work study programs that can generate some income for you. If necessary, take some time away from school to work and build up a little savings.
Churches can help, and so can some community agencies. I assume you are female--that will help you. If you are minority that helps even more.
Good luck, God bless and don't give up. I know you aren't a dumbass--even smart people occasionally make poor choices, and even when they make good choices they don't always work out.

Perhaps you should seek help from a church or some other type of crisis center.
