I would honestly have to say that you should consider an underwire bra, contrary to what the other person commented, I have actually gotten a heap of bras from walmart that are cute, they have cherries, and stuff all over them for under 20 dollars and they offer good support. (I'm 36d) so try Wal-mart.They even have anew line of really cool bras designed by the one and only queen latifah. which are really funky and provide even bteer support they are about 20 dollars.

If you want to spend some serious green i would suggest you ask your mom to stop at the local mall, go into La vie en rose, La senza or Victoria secret, whcih ever store it is depending on which country you are in. Get a professional fitting and then you'll be able to get a good nice supportive bra..

**sports bras are also good if you are getting back pain...but not too flattering.. generally go for bra's with thicker straps for that extra support.!! good luck.,.

You should go with an underwire, especially if you back is hurting you. You need the extra support. Also, when was the last time you were measured? you might be a 'D', or perhaps a 36. Playtex makes a lot of really good, supporitive bras, go for a full coverage, underwire. Demi-cup bras just don't have enough material to offer true support.

you're taking this all extremely heavily! i wager you're extremely happy with her resources, in spite of the actual shown actuality that I even could say that she is an extremely 'regularly occurring' length. She needs to positioned on an particularly nicely installation events bra if she will run as which will make her boobs dishevelled in the different case. Royce make a competent severe effect events bra as a lot as a J cup.

34C is not that huge. I think it's pretty average. Go to Victoria's secret and get measured first. They are really good at helping people find a bra that fits real well.

i am a 10 f, which in america is 32 f, or ddd maybe.

all bras fit different, go for a underwire one, as it holds you up. but try them on, different makes, equals different sizes. so really its up to you.
